(1) Firman yang datang dari pada TUHAN kepada Yeremia, sesudah ia dilepaskan dari Rama oleh Nebuzaradan, kepala pasukan pengawal, yang telah menyuruh untuk mengambilnya terbelenggu pada tangannya di tengah-tengah semua orang buangan dari Yerusalem dan Yehuda yang hendak diangkut ke dalam pembuangan ke Babel.
(1) 경호대장 느부사라단이 라마 성에서 예레미야를 풀어 준 뒤에 여호와께서 예레미야에게 말씀하셨습니다. 그 때에 예레미야는 다시 사로잡혀 바빌론으로 끌려가는 예루살렘과 유다의 모든 포로들과 함께 쇠사슬에 매여 있었습니다.
(1) {Jeremiah Remains in Judah}The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD after Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard had released him from Ramah, when he had taken him bound in chains among all the captives of Jerusalem and Judah who were being taken as exiles to Babylon.
(2) Kepala pasukan pengawal itu telah mengambil Yeremia dan berkata kepadanya: "TUHAN, Allahmu, telah mengancamkan malapetaka ini atas tempat ini,
(2) 경호대장 느부사라단이 예레미야를 찾아 내어 말했습니다. “당신의 하나님 여호와께서 이 곳에 이런 재앙을 내리시겠다고 말씀하셨소.
(2) And the captain of the bodyguard had taken Jeremiah and said to him, "The LORD your God promised this disaster on this place.
(3) dan Ia telah melaksanakannya. TUHAN telah melakukan apa yang diancamkan-Nya, oleh karena kamu telah berdosa kepada TUHAN dan tidak mendengarkan suara-Nya, sehingga terjadilah hal ini kepada kamu.
(3) 그리고 이제 여호와께서 그 모든 일을 그대로 이루셨소. 이런 재앙이 일어난 것은 당신들이 여호와께 죄를 짓고 여호와의 말씀에 순종하지 않았기 때문이오.
(3) Now the LORD has brought it about and has done just as He promised. Because you [people of Judah] have sinned against the LORD and did not listen to and honor His voice, therefore this thing has happened to you.
(4) Maka sekarang, lihatlah aku melepaskan engkau hari ini dari belenggu yang ada pada tanganmu itu. Jika engkau suka untuk ikut pergi dengan aku ke Babel, marilah! Aku akan memperhatikan engkau. Tetapi jika engkau tidak suka untuk ikut pergi dengan aku ke Babel, janganlah pergi! Lihat, seluruh negeri ini terbuka untuk engkau: engkau boleh pergi ke mana saja engkau pandang baik dan benar.
(4) 그러나 보시오. 오늘 내가 당신을 풀어 주겠소. 당신 손목에서 쇠사슬을 풀어 주겠소. 당신 생각에 나와 함께 바빌론으로 가는 것이 좋다면 함께 갑시다. 내가 당신을 잘 돌봐 주겠소. 그러나 바빌론으로 같이 갈 생각이 없다면 가지 않아도 좋소. 보시오. 온 땅이 당신 앞에 있으니 당신 가고 싶은 곳으로 가시오.”
(4) But now, listen carefully, [because of your innocence] I am freeing you today from the chains which are on your hands. If you would prefer to come with me to Babylon, come, and I will look after you [carefully]; but if you would prefer not to come with me to Babylon, then do not do so. Look, all the land is before you; go wherever it seems good and right (convenient) for you to go."
(5) Engkau boleh kembali kepada Gedalya bin Ahikam bin Safan yang telah diangkat oleh raja Babel atas kota-kota Yehuda, dan tinggallah bersama-sama dia di tengah-tengah rakyat, atau ke mana saja engkau pandang benar, pergilah ke situ!" Lalu kepala pasukan pengawal itu memberikan kepadanya bekal makanan dan suatu hadiah, kemudian melepas dia pergi.
(5) 예레미야가 몸을 돌려 떠나기 전에 느부사라단이 말했습니다. “아니면 사반의 손자요, 아히감의 아들인 그다랴에게 돌아가시오. 바빌로니아 왕이 그다랴를 유다 성읍들의 총독으로 세우셨소. 가서 그다랴와 함께 백성들 가운데서 사시오. 그것도 싫으면 당신 마음대로 가고 싶은 곳으로 가시오.” 경호대장 느부사라단은 예레미야에게 먹을 것과 선물을 주어 보냈습니다.
(5) While Jeremiah was still hesitating, the captain of the bodyguard said, "Go on back then to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, whom the king of Babylon has appointed [governor] over the cities of Judah, and stay with him among the people; or else go wherever it seems right for you to go." So the captain of the bodyguard gave him an allowance of food and a gift and let him go.
(6) Jadi pergilah Yeremia kepada Gedalya bin Ahikam di Mizpa, dan diam bersama-sama dengan dia di tengah-tengah rakyat yang masih tinggal di negeri itu.
(6) 예레미야는 미스바에 있는 아히감의 아들 그다랴에게 가서 유다에 남아 있던 백성들과 함께 살았습니다.
(6) Then Jeremiah went to Gedaliah the son of Ahikam at Mizpah and stayed with him among the people who were left in the land.

(7) Ketika semua panglima tentara, yang masih berada di luar kota dengan orang-orangnya, mendengar bahwa raja Babel telah mengangkat Gedalya bin Ahikam bin Safan atas negeri itu dan bahwa kepadanya telah diserahkan pengawasan atas laki-laki, perempuan dan anak-anak, yaitu dari orang-orang lemah di negeri itu, yang tidak diangkut ke dalam pembuangan ke Babel,
(7) 유다 군대의 장교들과 그 부하들은 들판에 있으면서, 바빌로니아 왕이 아히감의 아들 그다랴를 유다 땅의 총독으로 세웠다는 소식을 들었습니다. 바빌로니아 왕은 그다랴에게 남자와 여자와 어린아이들, 곧 바빌론으로 끌려가지 않은 그 땅의 가난한 사람들을 맡겼습니다.
(7) Now when all the commanders of the forces that were [scattered] in the open country [of Judah] and their men heard that the king of Babylon had made Gedaliah the son of Ahikam governor in the land [of Judah] and had put him in charge of the men, women, and children, those of the poorest of the land who had not been exiled to Babylon,
(8) maka pergilah mereka kepada Gedalya di Mizpa; mereka ialah Ismael bin Netanya, Yohanan bin Kareah, Seraya bin Tanhumet, anak-anak Efai orang Netofa itu, dan Yezanya, anak seorang Maakha, bersama dengan anak buahnya.
(8) 그 군인들은 미스바에 있는 그다랴에게 왔습니다. 그들은 느다냐의 아들 이스마엘과 가레아의 아들 요하난과 요나단, 단후멧의 아들 스라야, 느도바 사람 에배의 아들들, 그리고 마아가 사람의 아들 여사냐와 그 부하들입니다.
(8) they went to Gedaliah at Mizpah—Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of the Maacathite, they and their men.
(9) Lalu bersumpahlah Gedalya bin Ahikam bin Safan kepada mereka dengan anak buah mereka: "Janganlah kamu takut untuk takluk kepada orang-orang Kasdim itu; tinggallah di negeri ini dan takluklah kepada raja Babel, maka keadaanmu akan menjadi baik.
(9) 사반의 손자요, 아히감의 아들인 그다랴가 그들에게 약속했습니다. “바빌로니아 사람을 섬기는 것에 대해 두려워하지 마시오. 이 땅에 살면서 바빌로니아 왕을 섬기면 모든 일이 잘 될 것이오.
(9) Then Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan, swore to them and their men, saying, "Do not be afraid to serve the Chaldeans; stay in this land and serve the king of Babylon, that it may go well with you.
(10) Dan aku sendiri, aku menetap di Mizpa untuk bertindak sebagai wakil di depan orang-orang Kasdim yang akan datang kepada kita; tetapi kamu ini, kumpulkanlah saja hasil anggur, buah-buahan dan minyak, kemudian simpanlah sebagai persediaan, dan tinggallah di kota-kota di mana kamu hendak menetap."
(10) 보시오. 나는 미스바에서 살면서 당신들을 대표해서 이 곳으로 오는 바빌로니아 사람들을 만나겠소. 당신들은 포도주와 여름 과일과 기름을 모아 항아리에 저장해 놓고 당신들이 차지한 마을에서 살도록 하시오.”
(10) As for me, I am going to stay at Mizpah to stand [for you] before the Chaldeans who come to us [ministering to them and looking after the king's interests]; but as for you, gather in wine, summer fruit and oil and store them in your utensils [designed for such purposes], and live in your cities that you have taken over."
(11) Juga ketika semua orang Yehuda, yang ada di Moab di antara bani Amon, di Edom dan di negeri-negeri lain, mendengar bahwa raja Babel telah membiarkan tinggal sisa rakyat di Yehuda dan mengangkat Gedalya bin Ahikam bin Safan atas mereka,
(11) 모압과 암몬과 에돔과 그 밖에 여러 나라에 흩어져 살던 유다 사람들도 바빌로니아 왕이 유다 땅에 사람들을 남겨 두었으며 사반의 손자요, 아히감의 아들인 그다랴를 총독으로 세웠다는 소식을 들었습니다.
(11) Likewise, when all the Jews who were in Moab and among the people of Ammon and in Edom and who were in all the [other] countries heard that the king of Babylon had left a remnant [of the people] in Judah and had appointed Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, the son of Shaphan over them [as governor],
(12) maka kembalilah semua orang Yehuda dari segala tempat ke mana mereka telah berserak-serak, dan masuk ke tanah Yehuda kepada Gedalya di Mizpa; mereka mengumpulkan hasil anggur dan buah-buahan amat sangat banyaknya.
(12) 그 소식을 듣고 여러 곳에 흩어져 살던 유다 사람들이 다시 유다로 돌아와 미스바에 있는 그다랴를 찾아갔습니다. 그리고 그들은 포도주와 여름 과일을 많이 모아들였습니다.
(12) then all the Jews returned from all the places to which they had been driven and came back to the land of Judah, to Gedaliah at Mizpah, and gathered a great abundance of wine and summer fruits.
(13) Pada suatu kali Yohanan bin Kareah dan semua panglima tentara yang masih berada di luar kota datang kepada Gedalya di Mizpa,
(13) 가레아의 아들 요하난을 비롯하여 아직 들판에 있던 유다 군대의 장교들이 미스바로 그다랴를 찾아왔습니다.
(13) Moreover, Johanan the son of Kareah and all the commanders of the forces that were [scattered] in the open country came to Gedaliah at Mizpah
(14) dan mereka berkata kepadanya: "Tahukah engkau bahwa Baalis, raja bani Amon, telah menyuruh Ismael bin Netanya membunuh engkau?" Tetapi Gedalya bin Ahikam tidak percaya kepada mereka.
(14) 그들은 그다랴에게 말했습니다. “암몬 사람의 왕 바알리스가 총독을 죽이려 한다는 사실을 알고 있습니까? 그가 총독을 죽이려고 느다냐의 아들 이스마엘을 보냈습니다.” 그러나 아히감의 아들 그다랴는 그들의 말을 믿지 않았습니다.
(14) and said to him, "Do you know that Baalis the king of the Ammonites has sent Ishmael the son of Nethaniah to take your life?" But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam did not believe them.
(15) Kemudian Yohanan bin Kareah berkata dengan diam-diam kepada Gedalya di Mizpa: "Baiklah aku pergi membunuh Ismael bin Netanya itu dengan tidak diketahui siapapun juga. Mengapa engkau harus dibunuhnya, sehingga semua orang Yehuda yang telah berkumpul di sekelilingmu berserak-serak lagi dan sisa Yehuda itu binasa?"
(15) 그러자 가레아의 아들 요하난이 미스바에 있던 그다랴에게 몰래 말했습니다. “내가 가서 느다냐의 아들 이스마엘을 아무도 모르게 죽이겠습니다. 그래야 이스마엘이 총독을 죽이지 못할 것입니다. 만약 총독이 죽으면 지금 총독에게 모여 있는 모든 유다 사람들이 다시 흩어지고 유다의 얼마 남지 않은 사람들마저 없어지고 말 것입니다.”
(15) Then Johanan the son of Kareah spoke secretly to Gedaliah in Mizpah, saying, "Let me go and kill Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and not a man will know [who is responsible]. Why should he kill you and cause all the Jews who are gathered near you to be scattered and the remnant of Judah to perish?"
(16) Tetapi Gedalya bin Ahikam menjawab Yohanan bin Kareah: "Janganlah lakukan itu! Sebab yang kaukatakan tentang Ismael itu adalah bohong."
(16) 그러나 아히감의 아들 그다랴는 가레아의 아들 요하난에게 “이스마엘을 죽이지 마시오. 그대가 이스마엘에 관해 한 말은 사실이 아니오”라고 말했습니다.
(16) But Gedaliah the son of Ahikam said to Johanan the son of Kareah, "Do not do this thing, for you are lying about Ishmael."
