1:1-7 = Salam
(1) Dari Paulus, hamba Kristus Yesus, yang dipanggil menjadi rasul dan dikuduskan untuk memberitakan Injil Allah.
(1) 나 바울은 사도로 부름을 받은 그리스도 예수의 종으로서, 하나님의 복음을 위해 특별히 선택되었습니다.
(1) {The Gospel Exalted}Paul, a bond-servant of Christ Jesus, called as an apostle (special messenger, personally chosen representative), set apart for [preaching] the gospel of God [the good news of salvation],
(2) Injil itu telah dijanjikan-Nya sebelumnya dengan perantaraan nabi-nabi-Nya dalam kitab-kitab suci,
(2) 이 복음은, 하나님께서 오래 전에 예언자들을 통해 성경에 약속하신 그리스도 예수에 대한 소식입니다.
(2) which He promised beforehand through His prophets in the sacred Scriptures—
(3) tentang Anak-Nya, yang menurut daging diperanakkan dari keturunan Daud,
(3) 하나님의 아들이신 그분은 인간의 족보로는 다윗의 후손으로 태어나셨습니다.
(3) [the good news] regarding His Son, who, as to the flesh [His human nature], was born a descendant of David [to fulfill the covenant promises],
(4) dan menurut Roh kekudusan dinyatakan oleh kebangkitan-Nya dari antara orang mati, bahwa Ia adalah Anak Allah yang berkuasa, Yesus Kristus Tuhan kita.
(4) 그러나 그분은 죽은 자들 가운데서 부활하심으로써 능력 있는 하나님의 아들로 선언되셨습니다. 이분이 바로 우리 주 예수 그리스도이십니다.
(4) and [as to His divine nature] according to the Spirit of holiness was openly designated to be the Son of God with power [in a triumphant and miraculous way] by His resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.
(5) Dengan perantaraan-Nya kami menerima kasih karunia dan jabatan rasul untuk menuntun semua bangsa, supaya mereka percaya dan taat kepada nama-Nya.
(5) 그분을 통해 우리는 은혜와 사도의 직분을 얻었습니다. 우리가 해야 할 일은 모든 이방인들을 불러 주 예수 그리스도의 이름을 믿고 순종하게 하는 것입니다.
(5) It is through Him that we have received grace and [our] apostleship to promote obedience to the faith and make disciples for His name's sake among all the Gentiles,
(6) Kamu juga termasuk di antara mereka, kamu yang telah dipanggil menjadi milik Kristus.
(6) 여러분도 그들과 함께 부르심을 받아 예수 그리스도의 사람이 되었습니다.
(6) and you also are among those who are called of Jesus Christ to belong to Him;
(7) Kepada kamu sekalian yang tinggal di Roma, yang dikasihi Allah, yang dipanggil dan dijadikan orang-orang kudus: Kasih karunia menyertai kamu dan damai sejahtera dari Allah, Bapa kita, dan dari Tuhan Yesus Kristus.
(7) 하나님의 사랑을 받아 성도로 부름을 받게 된 로마에 있는 모든 분들에게, 하나님 우리 아버지와 주 예수 그리스도께서 은혜와 평강을 내리시기를 바랍니다.
(7) [I am writing] to all who are beloved of God in Rome, called to be saints (God's people) and set apart for a sanctified life, [that is, set apart for God and His purpose]: Grace to you and peace [inner calm and spiritual well-being] from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
1:8-15 = Paulus ingin ke Roma
(8) Pertama-tama aku mengucap syukur kepada Allahku oleh Yesus Kristus atas kamu sekalian, sebab telah tersiar kabar tentang imanmu di seluruh dunia.
(8) 먼저 예수 그리스도를 통해 나의 하나님께 감사합니다. 이는 여러분의 믿음이 온 세상에 널리 알려졌기 때문입니다.
(8) First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith [your trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness] is being proclaimed in all the world.
(9) Karena Allah, yang kulayani dengan segenap hatiku dalam pemberitaan Injil Anak-Nya, adalah saksiku, bahwa dalam doaku aku selalu mengingat kamu:
(9) 나는 하나님의 아들에 관한 복음을 전할 때마다 기도중에 늘 여러분을 생각하고 있었습니다. 내가 전심으로 섬기는 하나님께서 나의 증인이 되십니다.
(9) For God, whom I serve with my spirit by preaching the gospel of His Son, is my witness as to how continuously I mention you
(10) Aku berdoa, semoga dengan kehendak Allah aku akhirnya beroleh kesempatan untuk mengunjungi kamu.
(10) 지금 나는 하나님의 뜻이라면 여러분에게 갈 수 있는 길이 열리기를 기도합니다.
(10) in my prayers; always pleading that somehow, by God's will, I may now at last come to you.
(11) Sebab aku ingin melihat kamu untuk memberikan karunia rohani kepadamu guna menguatkan kamu,
(11) 내가 여러분을 간절히 보고 싶어하는 까닭은 성령께서 주시는 선물을 나누어 주어 여러분을 강하게 하기 위함입니다.
(11) For I long to see you so that I may share with you some spiritual gift, to strengthen and establish you;
(12) yaitu, supaya aku ada di antara kamu dan turut terhibur oleh iman kita bersama, baik oleh imanmu maupun oleh imanku.
(12) 이것은 여러분과 내가 각 사람의 믿음으로 서로 위로를 받고자 하는 데 있습니다.
(12) that is, that we may be mutually encouraged and comforted by each other's faith, both yours and mine.
(13) Saudara-saudara, aku mau, supaya kamu mengetahui, bahwa aku telah sering berniat untuk datang kepadamu--tetapi hingga kini selalu aku terhalang--agar di tengah-tengahmu aku menemukan buah, seperti juga di tengah-tengah bangsa bukan Yahudi yang lain.
(13) 형제 자매 여러분, 내가 여러 번 여러분에게 갈 계획을 세웠으나 뜻대로 되지 못했다는 것을 아시기 바랍니다. 그것은 다른 이방인들 사이에서 믿는 자들을 얻은 것처럼, 여러분 중에서도 어떤 열매를 얻고 싶었기 때문입니다.
(13) I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that many times I have planned to come to you, (and have been prevented so far) so that I may have some fruit [of my labors] among you, even as I have among the rest of the Gentiles.
(14) Aku berhutang baik kepada orang Yunani, maupun kepada orang bukan Yunani, baik kepada orang terpelajar, maupun kepada orang tidak terpelajar.
(14) 나는 그리스인이든지 미개인이든지 지식인이든지 문맹인이든지 가리지 않고 어느 누구에게나 복음을 전할 책임이 있습니다.
(14) I have a duty to perform and a debt to pay both to Greeks and to barbarians [the cultured and the uncultured], both to the wise and to the foolish.
(15) Itulah sebabnya aku ingin untuk memberitakan Injil kepada kamu juga yang diam di Roma.
(15) 그래서 로마에 있는 여러분에게도 복음을 전하기를 간절히 바라는 것입니다.
(15) So, for my part, I am ready and eager to preach the gospel also to you who are in Rome.
1:16-17 = Injil itu kekuatan Allah
(16) Sebab aku mempunyai keyakinan yang kokoh dalam Injil, karena Injil adalah kekuatan Allah yang menyelamatkan setiap orang yang percaya, pertama-tama orang Yahudi, tetapi juga orang Yunani.
(16) 나는 복음을 부끄러워하지 않습니다. 그것은 이 복음이 유대인으로부터 시작해서 이방인들에 이르기까지 모든 믿는 사람을 구원에 이르게 하는 하나님의 능력이기 때문입니다.
(16) I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior], to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
(17) Sebab di dalamnya nyata kebenaran Allah, yang bertolak dari iman dan memimpin kepada iman, seperti ada tertulis: "Orang benar akan hidup oleh iman."
(17) 하나님께서 주시는 의가 복음에 계시되어 있습니다. 성경에 “의인은 믿음으로 인하여 살 것이다”라고 기록되어 있듯이, 하나님께로부터 오는 의는 처음부터 끝까지 믿음으로 얻을 수 있는 것입니다.
(17) For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed in a way that awakens more faith]. As it is written and forever remains written, "The just and upright shall live by faith."
1:18-32 = Hukuman Allah atas kefasikan dan kelaliman manusia
(18) Sebab murka Allah nyata dari sorga atas segala kefasikan dan kelaliman manusia, yang menindas kebenaran dengan kelaliman.
(18) 하나님의 진노가 하늘로부터 나타나서, 불의한 행동으로 진리를 거스르는 사람들이 행한 모든 경건치 않은 것과 불의를 치십니다.
(18) {Unbelief and Its Consequences}For [God does not overlook sin and] the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who in their wickedness suppress and stifle the truth,
(19) Karena apa yang dapat mereka ketahui tentang Allah nyata bagi mereka, sebab Allah telah menyatakannya kepada mereka.
(19) 하나님께서는 사람들에게 하나님을 알 수 있게 하셨으므로 사람들 속에 하나님을 알 만한 것이 있다는 것은 분명합니다.
(19) because that which is known about God is evident within them [in their inner consciousness], for God made it evident to them.
(20) Sebab apa yang tidak nampak dari pada-Nya, yaitu kekuatan-Nya yang kekal dan keilahian-Nya, dapat nampak kepada pikiran dari karya-Nya sejak dunia diciptakan, sehingga mereka tidak dapat berdalih.
(20) 세상이 창조된 이래로 하나님의 보이지 않는 성품인 그분의 영원한 능력과 신성은 그가 만드신 만물을 보고서 분명히 알 수 있게 되었습니다. 그러므로 사람들은 핑계를 댈 수 없습니다.
(20) For ever since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through His workmanship [all His creation, the wonderful things that He has made], so that they [who fail to believe and trust in Him] are without excuse and without defense.
(21) Sebab sekalipun mereka mengenal Allah, mereka tidak memuliakan Dia sebagai Allah atau mengucap syukur kepada-Nya. Sebaliknya pikiran mereka menjadi sia-sia dan hati mereka yang bodoh menjadi gelap.
(21) 사람들은 하나님을 알면서도 하나님께 하나님으로 영광을 돌리지도 않았고, 하나님께 감사하지도 않았습니다. 오히려 사람들은 헛된 것을 생각했으며, 그들의 어리석은 마음은 어둠으로 가득 찼습니다.
(21) For even though they knew God [as the Creator], they did not honor Him as God or give thanks [for His wondrous creation]. On the contrary, they became worthless in their thinking [godless, with pointless reasonings, and silly speculations], and their foolish heart was darkened.
(22) Mereka berbuat seolah-olah mereka penuh hikmat, tetapi mereka telah menjadi bodoh.
(22) 사람들은 자기들이 지혜롭다고 생각하지만, 사실은 어리석습니다.
(22) Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
(23) Mereka menggantikan kemuliaan Allah yang tidak fana dengan gambaran yang mirip dengan manusia yang fana, burung-burung, binatang-binatang yang berkaki empat atau binatang-binatang yang menjalar.
(23) 또 사람들은 불멸의 하나님의 영광을 죽을 수밖에 없는 인간이나 새나 짐승 또는 뱀과 같은 모양으로 바꾸어 버렸습니다.
(23) and exchanged the glory and majesty and excellence of the immortal God for an image [worthless idols] in the shape of mortal man and birds and four-footed animals and reptiles.
(24) Karena itu Allah menyerahkan mereka kepada keinginan hati mereka akan kecemaran, sehingga mereka saling mencemarkan tubuh mereka.
(24) 그래서 하나님께서는 사람들이 원하는 대로 죄악된 행동을 하도록 내버려 두셨습니다. 사람들은 이제 가지각색의 더러운 죄를 지어 자기들끼리 부끄러운 짓을 행하여 몸을 더럽혔습니다.
(24) Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their own hearts to [sexual] impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them [abandoning them to the degrading power of sin],
(25) Sebab mereka menggantikan kebenaran Allah dengan dusta dan memuja dan menyembah makhluk dengan melupakan Penciptanya yang harus dipuji selama-lamanya, amin.
(25) 사람들은 하나님의 진리를 거짓으로 바꾸었습니다. 창조주 되신 하나님보다 지음받은 피조물들을 더 예배하고 섬겼습니다. 하나님은 영원히 찬송을 받으실 분입니다. 아멘.
(25) because [by choice] they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.
(26) Karena itu Allah menyerahkan mereka kepada hawa nafsu yang memalukan, sebab isteri-isteri mereka menggantikan persetubuhan yang wajar dengan yang tak wajar.
(26) 이런 이유로 하나님은 사람들을 부끄러운 욕망의 노예로 살게 내버려 두셨습니다. 여자들은 남자들과의 자연스러운 성 관계를 여자와 성 관계를 갖는 것으로 바꾸었습니다.
(26) For this reason God gave them over to degrading and vile passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural [a function contrary to nature],
(27) Demikian juga suami-suami meninggalkan persetubuhan yang wajar dengan isteri mereka dan menyala-nyala dalam berahi mereka seorang terhadap yang lain, sehingga mereka melakukan kemesuman, laki-laki dengan laki-laki, dan karena itu mereka menerima dalam diri mereka balasan yang setimpal untuk kesesatan mereka.
(27) 이와 똑같이 남자들도 여자들과 행하는 자연스러운 성 관계를 버리고 남자들끼리 정욕에 불타, 남자가 남자와 부끄러운 짓을 했습니다. 그래서 스스로 그 잘못에 합당한 벌을 받았습니다.
(27) and in the same way also the men turned away from the natural function of the woman and were consumed with their desire toward one another, men with men committing shameful acts and in return receiving in their own bodies the inevitable and appropriate penalty for their wrongdoing.
(28) Dan karena mereka tidak merasa perlu untuk mengakui Allah, maka Allah menyerahkan mereka kepada pikiran-pikiran yang terkutuk, sehingga mereka melakukan apa yang tidak pantas:
(28) 사람들이 하나님을 아는 것을 하찮게 여겼으므로, 하나님께서는 사람들이 타락한 생각에 빠지게 하시고 사람들이 해서는 안 될 일들을 하게 내버려 두셨습니다.
(28) And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or consider Him worth knowing [as their Creator], God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do things which are improper and repulsive,
(29) penuh dengan rupa-rupa kelaliman, kejahatan, keserakahan dan kebusukan, penuh dengan dengki, pembunuhan, perselisihan, tipu muslihat dan kefasikan.
(29) 그들은 온갖 불의와 악행과 탐욕과 악독으로 가득 찬 사람들입니다. 또한 시기와 살인과 다툼과 속임과 적의로 가득 찼으며, 남에 대해 말하기를 좋아하고,
(29) until they were filled (permeated, saturated) with every kind of unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice and mean-spiritedness. They are gossips [spreading rumors],
(30) Mereka adalah pengumpat, pemfitnah, pembenci Allah, kurang ajar, congkak, sombong, pandai dalam kejahatan, tidak taat kepada orang tua,
(30) 남들을 비방하고, 하나님을 미워하며, 거만하고 건방지며, 뽐내기를 잘합니다. 그들은 악한 일을 계획하고, 부모님께 순종하지 않습니다.
(30) slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors [of new forms] of evil, disobedient and disrespectful to parents,
(31) tidak berakal, tidak setia, tidak penyayang, tidak mengenal belas kasihan.
(31) 그들은 양심도 없으며, 약속을 지키지 않으며, 친절하지도 않고, 동정심도 없습니다.
(31) without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful [without pity].
(32) Sebab walaupun mereka mengetahui tuntutan-tuntutan hukum Allah, yaitu bahwa setiap orang yang melakukan hal-hal demikian, patut dihukum mati, mereka bukan saja melakukannya sendiri, tetapi mereka juga setuju dengan mereka yang melakukannya.
(32) 사람들은 그런 일을 행하는 사람은 죽어 마땅하다는 하나님의 의로우신 법을 알면서도 자신들만 그런 악한 행동을 계속하는 것이 아니라 그런 행동을 저지르는 다른 사람들까지 잘한다고 두둔합니다.
(32) Although they know God's righteous decree and His judgment, that those who do such things deserve death, yet they not only do them, but they even [enthusiastically] approve and tolerate others who practice them.
