24:1-28 = Pembaruan perjanjian di Sikhem
(1) Kemudian Yosua mengumpulkan semua suku orang Israel di Sikhem. Dipanggilnya para tua-tua orang Israel, para kepalanya, para hakimnya dan para pengatur pasukannya, lalu mereka berdiri di hadapan Allah.
(1) 그후에 여호수아가 이스라엘 온 지파를 세겜에 모았습니다. 그리고 나서 여호수아는 장로들과 지도자들과 이스라엘의 재판관들과 관리들을 불렀습니다. 그 사람들은 하나님 앞에 섰습니다.
(1) {Joshua Reviews Israel's History}Then Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel and for their heads and for their judges and for their officers; they presented themselves before God.
(2) Berkatalah Yosua kepada seluruh bangsa itu: "Beginilah firman TUHAN, Allah Israel: Dahulu kala di seberang sungai Efrat, di situlah diam nenek moyangmu, yakni Terah, ayah Abraham dan ayah Nahor, dan mereka beribadah kepada allah lain.
(2) 그 때에 여호수아가 모든 백성에게 이렇게 말했습니다. “이것은 이스라엘 하나님 여호와께서 하시는 말씀이오. ‘오래 전에 너희 조상은 유프라테스 강 저쪽에 살고 있었다. 거기에서 너희 조상 아브라함의 아버지이며 나홀의 아버지인 데라는 다른 신들을 섬겼지만
(2) Joshua said to all the people, "This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says, 'Your fathers, including Terah, the father of Abraham and the father of Nahor, lived beyond the [Euphrates] River in ancient times; and they served other gods.
(3) Tetapi Aku mengambil Abraham, bapamu itu, dari seberang sungai Efrat, dan menyuruh dia menjelajahi seluruh tanah Kanaan. Aku membuat banyak keturunannya dan memberikan Ishak kepadanya.
(3) 나는 너희 조상 아브라함을 강 저쪽 땅에서 나오게 했고 아브라함을 가나안 땅으로 인도하였다. 그리고 그 땅을 두루 돌아다니게 했고 그에게 많은 자손을 주었다. 나는 그에게 아들 이삭을 주었고
(3) Then I took your father Abraham from beyond the [Euphrates] River and led him through all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his descendants, and I gave him Isaac.
(4) Kepada Ishak Kuberikan Yakub dan Esau. Kepada Esau Kuberikan pegunungan Seir menjadi miliknya, sedang Yakub serta anak-anaknya pergi ke Mesir.
(4) 이삭에게는 두 아들 야곱과 에서를 주었다. 나는 세일 산악 지대를 에서에게 주었지만 야곱과 그의 아들들은 이집트로 내려갔다.
(4) To Isaac I gave Jacob and Esau, and to Esau I gave [the hill country of] Mount Seir to possess; but Jacob and his sons went down to Egypt.
(5) Lalu Aku mengutus Musa serta Harun dan menulahi Mesir, seperti yang Kulakukan di tengah-tengah mereka, kemudian Aku membawa kamu keluar.
(5) 그후에 나는 모세와 아론을 이집트로 보내어 많은 끔찍한 일들이 이집트에 일어나도록 하여 그들을 치고, 너희 백성을 인도해 내었다.
(5) Then I sent Moses and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt by what I did in its midst; and afterward I brought you out.
(6) Setelah Aku membawa nenek moyangmu keluar dari Mesir dan kamu sampai ke laut, lalu orang Mesir mengejar nenek moyangmu dengan kereta dan orang berkuda ke Laut Teberau.
(6) 내가 너희 조상을 이집트에서 인도해 낸 후 너희 조상은 홍해에 이르렀고, 전차와 말을 탄 이집트 사람들이 너희 조상을 쫓아왔다.
(6) Then I brought your fathers out of Egypt, and you came to the sea; and the Egyptians pursued your fathers with chariots and horsemen to the Red Sea.
(7) Sebab itu berteriak-teriaklah mereka kepada TUHAN, maka diadakan-Nya gelap antara kamu dan orang Mesir itu dan didatangkan-Nya air laut atas mereka, sehingga mereka diliputi. Dan matamu sendiri telah melihat, apa yang Kulakukan terhadap Mesir. Sesudah itu lama kamu diam di padang gurun.
(7) 그러자 백성들은 나에게 도와 달라고 부르짖었고, 나는 너희 조상과 이집트 사람들 사이에 어둠을 있게 하였다. 그리고 바닷물로 이집트 사람들을 덮었다. 너희는 내가 이집트 군대에게 한 일을 보았고, 또한 오랫동안 광야에서 살았다.
(7) When they cried out to the LORD [for help], He put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them and covered them; and your own eyes saw what I did in Egypt. And you lived in the wilderness a long time (forty years).
(8) Aku membawa kamu ke negeri orang Amori yang diam di seberang sungai Yordan, dan ketika mereka berperang melawan kamu, mereka Kuserahkan ke dalam tanganmu, sehingga kamu menduduki negerinya, sedang mereka Kupunahkan dari depan kamu.
(8) 그후에 나는 너희를 아모리 사람들의 땅으로 인도하였는데 그 땅은 요단 강 동쪽에 있었다. 그들은 너희와 싸웠으나 나는 너희 손에 그들을 넘겨 주었다. 나는 그들을 너희 앞에서 멸망시켰다. 그리하여 너희는 그 땅을 차지하게 되었다.
(8) Then I brought you into the land of the Amorites who lived on the other side of the Jordan, and they fought with you; and I gave them into your hand, and you took possession of their land and I destroyed them before you.
(9) Ketika itu Balak bin Zipor, raja Moab, bangkit berperang melawan orang Israel. Disuruhnya memanggil Bileam bin Beor untuk mengutuki kamu.
(9) 그러나 모압 왕 십볼의 아들 발락이 이스라엘 사람들과 싸울 준비를 하였고, 발락은 브올의 아들 발람에게 사람을 보내어 너희를 저주하게 하려 했다.
(9) Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and fought against Israel, and he sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you.
(10) Tetapi Aku tidak mau mendengarkan Bileam, sehingga iapun memberkati kamu. Demikianlah Aku melepaskan kamu dari tangannya.
(10) 그러나 내가 발람의 말을 듣지 않았으므로, 발람은 오히려 너희에게 좋은 일이 일어날 것을 말했다. 발람은 너희를 여러 번 축복했다. 나는 너희를 발락에게서 구해 주었다.
(10) But I would not listen to Balaam. Therefore he had to bless you, so I saved you from Balak's hand.
(11) Setelah kamu menyeberangi sungai Yordan dan sampai ke Yerikho, berperanglah melawan kamu warga-warga kota Yerikho, orang Amori, orang Feris, orang Kanaan, orang Het, orang Girgasi, orang Hewi dan orang Yebus, tetapi mereka itu Kuserahkan ke dalam tanganmu.
(11) 그후에 너희는 요단 강을 건너 여리고에 이르렀고, 여리고 성의 백성들은 너희와 맞서 싸웠다. 그리고 아모리 사람, 브리스 사람, 가나안 사람, 헷 사람, 기르가스 사람, 히위 사람, 그리고 여부스 사람도 너희와 맞서 싸웠지만 나는 그들 모두를 너희 손에 넘겨 주었다.
(11) You crossed the Jordan and came to Jericho; and the citizens of Jericho fought against you, as did the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Girgashite, the Hivite and the Jebusite; and so I gave them into your hand.
(12) Kemudian Aku melepaskan tabuhan mendahului kamu dan binatang-binatang ini menghalau mereka dari depanmu, seperti kedua raja orang Amori itu. Sesungguhnya, bukan oleh pedangmu dan bukan pula oleh panahmu.
(12) 너희 군대가 앞으로 전진하였을 때, 나는 너희들 앞에 왕벌들을 보내어 너희가 이르기 전에 그들을 쫓아 내었다. 그래서 너희는 칼과 활을 쓰지 않고도 그 땅을 차지할 수 있었다.
(12) I sent the hornet [that is, the terror of you] before you, which drove the two kings of the Amorites out before you; but it was not by your sword or by your bow.
(13) Demikianlah Kuberikan kepadamu negeri yang kamu peroleh tanpa bersusah-susah dan kota-kota yang tidak kamu dirikan, tetapi kamulah yang diam di dalamnya; juga kebun-kebun anggur dan kebun-kebun zaitun yang tidak kamu tanami, kamulah yang makan hasilnya.
(13) 그 땅을 너희에게 준 것은 나 여호와이다. 너희가 아무 일도 하지 않은 땅을 내가 너희에게 주었고, 너희가 짓지 아니한 성을 내가 너희에게 주었다. 이제 너희는 그 땅과 그 성에 살고 있고, 너희가 심지도 않은 그 땅의 포도원과 올리브 나무의 열매를 먹고 있다.’”
(13) I gave you a land for which you did not labor, and cities which you did not build, and you live in them; you eat from vineyards and olive groves which you did not plant.'
(14) Oleh sebab itu, takutlah akan TUHAN dan beribadahlah kepada-Nya dengan tulus ikhlas dan setia. Jauhkanlah allah yang kepadanya nenek moyangmu telah beribadah di seberang sungai Efrat dan di Mesir, dan beribadahlah kepada TUHAN.
(14) 그리고 나서 여호수아는 백성에게 말했습니다. “이제 여러분은 여호와의 말씀을 들었소. 여러분은 여호와를 존경하고 그분을 온 마음으로 섬겨야 하오. 여러분이 섬기던 거짓 신들을 버리시오. 여러분의 조상은 유프라테스 강 저쪽과 이집트에서 거짓 신들을 섬겼소. 이제 여러분은 여호와를 섬겨야 하오.
(14) "Now, therefore, fear the LORD and serve Him in sincerity and in truth; remove the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the [Euphrates] River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD.
(15) Tetapi jika kamu anggap tidak baik untuk beribadah kepada TUHAN, pilihlah pada hari ini kepada siapa kamu akan beribadah; allah yang kepadanya nenek moyangmu beribadah di seberang sungai Efrat, atau allah orang Amori yang negerinya kamu diami ini. Tetapi aku dan seisi rumahku, kami akan beribadah kepada TUHAN!"
(15) 그러나 여러분은 여호와를 섬기고 싶지 않을지도 모르오. 여러분은 오늘 스스로 선택하시오. 누구를 섬길 것인가를 결정하시오. 여러분은 여러분의 조상이 유프라테스 강 저쪽에서 경배하던 신들을 섬길 수도 있고, 이 땅에 살던 아모리 사람들의 신들을 섬길 수도 있소. 그러나 나와 내 후손은 여호와를 섬기겠소.”
(15) If it is unacceptable in your sight to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve: whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."
(16) Lalu bangsa itu menjawab: "Jauhlah dari pada kami meninggalkan TUHAN untuk beribadah kepada allah lain!
(16) 그러자 백성들이 대답했습니다. “우리는 결코 여호와를 저버리지 않을 것입니다. 우리는 결코 다른 신들을 섬기지 않을 것입니다.
(16) The people answered, "Far be it from us to abandon (reject) the LORD to serve other gods;
(17) Sebab TUHAN, Allah kita, Dialah yang telah menuntun kita dan nenek moyang kita dari tanah Mesir, dari rumah perbudakan, dan yang telah melakukan tanda-tanda mujizat yang besar ini di depan mata kita sendiri, dan yang telah melindungi kita sepanjang jalan yang kita tempuh, dan di antara semua bangsa yang kita lalui,
(17) 우리는 우리와 우리 조상을 이집트에서 이끌어 내신 분이 여호와시라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 우리는 그 땅에서 노예로 있었습니다. 그러나 여호와께서는 우리를 위해 놀라운 일들을 행하셨으며, 우리를 그 곳에서 인도해 내셨습니다. 여호와께서는 우리가 걸어왔던 모든 길에서 우리를 지켜 주셨습니다.
(17) for the LORD our God is He who brought us and our fathers up out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and who did these great signs (miracles) in our sight and kept us safe all along the way that we went and among all the peoples among whom we passed.
(18) TUHAN menghalau semua bangsa dan orang Amori, penduduk negeri ini, dari depan kita. Kamipun akan beribadah kepada TUHAN, sebab Dialah Allah kita."
(18) 또 여호와께서는 우리가 이 땅에 사는 사람들을 물리쳐 이기도록 도와 주셨습니다. 여호와께서는 우리가 이 곳에 살던 아모리 사람들을 물리쳐 이기도록 해 주셨습니다. 그러므로 우리도 여호와만 섬기겠습니다. 왜냐하면 그분만이 우리의 하나님이시기 때문입니다.”
(18) The LORD drove all the peoples out from before us, even the Amorites who lived in the land. We also will serve the LORD, for He is our God."
(19) Tetapi Yosua berkata kepada bangsa itu: "Tidaklah kamu sanggup beribadah kepada TUHAN, sebab Dialah Allah yang kudus, Dialah Allah yang cemburu. Ia tidak akan mengampuni kesalahan dan dosamu.
(19) 여호수아가 말했습니다. “여러분은 여호와를 잘 섬긴다고 하나 그렇지 못할 수도 있을 것이오. 왜냐하면 여호와는 거룩한 하나님이시기 때문이오. 또 질투하는 하나님이시기 때문이오. 만약 여러분이 여호와를 배반하고 죄를 짓는다면 여호와께서는 여러분을 용서하지 않으실 것이오.
(19) Then Joshua said to the people, "You will not be able to serve the LORD [if you serve any other gods], for He is a holy God; He is a jealous God [demanding what is rightfully and uniquely His]. He will not forgive your transgression [of His law] or your sins.
(20) Apabila kamu meninggalkan TUHAN dan beribadah kepada allah asing, maka Ia akan berbalik dari padamu dan melakukan yang tidak baik kepada kamu serta membinasakan kamu, setelah Ia melakukan yang baik kepada kamu dahulu."
(20) 만약 여러분이 여호와를 저버리고 다른 신들을 섬긴다면 여호와께서는 마음을 돌이켜 여러분에게 큰 괴로움을 주실 것이오. 여호와께서는 여러분에게 복을 주신 뒤에라도 여러분이 여호와를 저버린다면 여러분을 멸망시켜 버리실 것이오.”
(20) If you do abandon (reject) the LORD and serve foreign gods, then He will turn and do you harm and consume and destroy you after He has done you good."
(21) Tetapi bangsa itu berkata kepada Yosua: "Tidak, hanya kepada TUHAN saja kami akan beribadah."
(21) 그러자 백성이 여호수아에게 대답했습니다. “아닙니다! 우리는 여호와를 섬길 것입니다.”
(21) The people said to Joshua, "No, but we will serve [only] the LORD."
(22) Kemudian berkatalah Yosua kepada bangsa itu: "Kamulah saksi terhadap kamu sendiri, bahwa kamu telah memilih TUHAN untuk beribadah kepada-Nya." Jawab mereka: "Kamilah saksi!"
(22) 여호수아가 말했습니다. “여러분이 이제 여러분 스스로 여호와를 섬기겠다고 주님을 선택했소. 그러니 여러분 스스로가 증인이 된 것이오.” 백성이 대답했습니다. “예, 그렇습니다. 우리 모두가 증인입니다.”
(22) Joshua then said to the people, "You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen for yourselves the LORD, to serve Him." And they said, "We are witnesses."
(23) Ia berkata: "Maka sekarang, jauhkanlah allah asing yang ada di tengah-tengah kamu dan condongkanlah hatimu kepada TUHAN, Allah Israel."
(23) 그러자 여호수아가 말했습니다. “이제는 여러분 가운데에 있는 거짓 신들을 버리시오. 여러분의 마음을 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께로 향하시오.”
(23) "Now then, remove the foreign gods which are among you, and incline your hearts toward the LORD, the God of Israel."
(24) Lalu jawab bangsa itu kepada Yosua: "Kepada TUHAN, Allah kita, kami akan beribadah, dan firman-Nya akan kami dengarkan."
(24) 그 때에 백성들이 여호수아에게 대답했습니다. “우리는 우리 하나님 여호와를 섬기겠습니다. 우리는 하나님께 복종하겠습니다.”
(24) The people said to Joshua, "We will serve the LORD our God and we will listen to and obey His voice."
(25) Pada hari itu juga Yosua mengikat perjanjian dengan bangsa itu dan membuat ketetapan dan peraturan bagi mereka di Sikhem.
(25) 그 날 여호수아는 백성들과 약속을 맺었습니다. 여호수아는 그 약속을 백성이 지켜야 할 가르침으로 삼았습니다. 이 일은 세겜에서 이루어졌습니다.
(25) So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and made for them a statute and an ordinance at Shechem.
(26) Yosua menuliskan semuanya itu dalam kitab hukum Allah, lalu ia mengambil batu yang besar dan mendirikannya di sana, di bawah pohon besar, di tempat kudus TUHAN.
(26) 여호수아는 이 일들을 하나님의 율법책에 기록하였습니다. 그리고 나서 큰 돌을 가져다가 여호와의 성소 근처에 있던 상수리나무 아래에 세웠습니다.
(26) And Joshua wrote these words in the Book of the Law of God. Then he took a large stone and set it up there under the oak that was in [the courtyard of] the sanctuary of the LORD.
(27) Kata Yosua kepada seluruh bangsa itu: "Sesungguhnya batu inilah akan menjadi saksi terhadap kita, sebab telah didengarnya segala firman TUHAN yang diucapkan-Nya kepada kita. Sebab itu batu ini akan menjadi saksi terhadap kamu, supaya kamu jangan menyangkal Allahmu."
(27) 그리고 나서 여호수아는 모든 백성에게 말했습니다. “이 돌을 보시오! 이 돌은 우리가 오늘 한 일에 대해 증거가 될 것이오. 여호와께서는 오늘 이 곳에서 우리에게 말씀하셨소. 이 돌은 오늘 일어난 모든 일을 우리와 우리 후손들에게 기억나게 해 줄 것이오. 이 돌은 여러분이 여러분의 하나님을 저버리지 못하게 하는 증거가 될 것이오.”
(27) Joshua then said to all the people, "Look, this stone shall serve as a witness against us, for it has heard all the words of the LORD which He spoke to us; so it shall be a witness against you, so that [afterward] you do not deny your God."
(28) Sesudah itu Yosua melepas bangsa itu pergi, masing-masing ke milik pusakanya.
(28) 그후에 여호수아는 백성들에게 자기 땅으로 돌아가라고 말했습니다. 그러자 모든 사람이 자기 땅으로 돌아갔습니다.
(28) Then Joshua sent the people away, each to [the territory of] his inheritance.
24:29-33 = Tulang-tulang Yusuf dikuburkan
(29) Dan sesudah peristiwa-peristiwa ini, maka matilah Yosua bin Nun, hamba TUHAN itu, ketika berumur seratus sepuluh tahun.
(29) 그 일이 있은 후에 눈의 아들 여호수아는 죽었습니다. 그의 나이는 백십 세였습니다.
(29) {Joshua's Death and Burial}It happened after these things that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the LORD, died, at the age of a hundred and ten years.
(30) Lalu ia dikuburkan di daerah milik pusakanya, di Timnat-Serah yang di pegunungan Efraim, di sebelah utara gunung Gaas.
(30) 사람들은 여호수아를 딤낫 세라에 있는 그의 땅에 묻었습니다. 딤낫 세라는 가아스 산 북쪽의 에브라임 산지에 있었습니다.
(30) They buried him in the territory of his inheritance in Timnath-serah, which is in the hill country of Ephraim, on the north side of Mount Gaash.
(31) Orang Israel beribadah kepada TUHAN sepanjang zaman Yosua dan sepanjang zaman para tua-tua yang hidup lebih lama dari pada Yosua, dan yang mengenal segenap perbuatan yang dilakukan TUHAN bagi orang Israel.
(31) 이스라엘 사람들은 여호수아가 살아 있는 동안 여호와를 섬겼고, 여호수아가 죽은 후에도 계속해서 여호와를 섬겼습니다. 그들은 장로들이 살아 있는 동안에도 계속해서 여호와를 섬겼습니다. 이 장로들은 여호와께서 이스라엘 사람들을 위해 하신 일들을 본 지도자들이었습니다.
(31) Israel served the LORD all the days of Joshua and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, and had known all the works of the LORD which He had done for Israel.
(32) Tulang-tulang Yusuf, yang dibawa orang Israel dari Mesir, dikuburkan mereka di Sikhem, di tanah milik yang dibeli Yakub dengan harga seratus kesita dari anak-anak Hemor, bapa Sikhem, dan yang ditentukan bagi bani Yusuf menjadi milik pusaka mereka.
(32) 이스라엘 사람들이 이집트를 떠나왔을 때 요셉의 뼈도 함께 가지고 왔는데 그들은 요셉의 뼈를 세겜에 묻어 주었습니다. 세겜은 야곱이 하몰의 자손들에게 산 땅이었습니다. 하몰은 세겜의 아버지였습니다. 야곱은 그 땅을 금 백 개에 샀습니다. 그래서 그 땅은 요셉의 자손들의 땅이 되었습니다.
(32) Now they buried the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up from Egypt, at Shechem, in the plot of land which Jacob had bought from the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for a hundred pieces of money; and it became the inheritance of the sons of Joseph.
(33) Juga Eleazar bin Harun mati, dan dia dikuburkan di bukit yang diberikan kepada Pinehas, anaknya itu, di pegunungan Efraim.
(33) 아론의 아들 엘르아살도 죽었습니다. 이스라엘 사람들은 그를 에브라임 산지에 있는 기브아에 묻었습니다. 기브아는 엘르아살의 아들 비느하스가 받은 땅입니다.
(33) And Eleazar [the priest], the son of Aaron died; and they buried him at Gibeah [on the hill] of Phinehas his son, which had been given to him in the hill country of Ephraim.
