6:1-27 = Jatuhnya Yerikho
(1) Dalam pada itu Yerikho telah menutup pintu gerbangnya; telah tertutup kota itu karena orang Israel; tidak ada orang keluar atau masuk.
(1) 여리고 성 사람들은 이스라엘 자손들을 두려워하여 성문을 굳게 닫아 걸었습니다. 아무도 성 안으로 드나들지 못했습니다.
(1) {The Conquest of Jericho}Now Jericho [a fortified city with high walls] was tightly closed because [of the people's fear] of the sons of Israel; no one went out or came in.
(2) Berfirmanlah TUHAN kepada Yosua: "Ketahuilah, Aku serahkan ke tanganmu Yerikho ini beserta rajanya dan pahlawan-pahlawannya yang gagah perkasa.
(2) 그 때에 여호와께서 여호수아에게 말씀하셨습니다. “보아라, 내가 여리고를 너에게 주겠다. 여리고의 왕과 그 모든 군인들도 너에게 줄 것이니
(2) The LORD said to Joshua, "See, I have given Jericho into your hand, with its king and the mighty warriors.
(3) Haruslah kamu mengelilingi kota itu, yakni semua prajurit harus mengedari kota itu sekali saja; demikianlah harus engkau perbuat enam hari lamanya,
(3) 하루에 한 번씩 여리고 성을 너의 군대와 함께 행군하며 돌아라. 그 일을 육 일 동안, 하여라.
(3) Now you shall march around the city, all the men of war circling the city once. You shall do this [once each day] for six days.
(4) dan tujuh orang imam harus membawa tujuh sangkakala tanduk domba di depan tabut. Tetapi pada hari yang ketujuh, tujuh kali kamu harus mengelilingi kota itu sedang para imam meniup sangkakala.
(4) 제사장 일곱 명에게 숫양의 뿔로 만든 나팔을 가지고 언약궤 앞에서 행군하라고 말하여라. 칠 일째 되는 날에는 성을 일곱 바퀴 돌며 제사장들에게 나팔을 불라고 말하여라.
(4) Also, seven priests shall carry seven trumpets [made] of rams' horns ahead of the ark; then on the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets.
(5) Apabila sangkakala tanduk domba itu panjang bunyinya dan kamu mendengar bunyi sangkakala itu, maka haruslah seluruh bangsa bersorak dengan sorak yang nyaring, maka tembok kota itu akan runtuh, lalu bangsa itu harus memanjatnya, masing-masing langsung ke depan."
(5) 제사장들이 한 번 길게 나팔을 불면, 백성들에게 나팔 소리를 듣고 크게 고함을 치라고 말하여라. 그리하면 여리고의 성벽이 무너질 것이다. 그 때, 백성들은 곧장 앞으로 쳐들어가거라.”
(5) When they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall cry out with a great shout (battle cry); and the wall of the city will fall down in its place, and the people shall go up, each man [going] straight ahead [climbing over the rubble]."
(6) Kemudian Yosua bin Nun memanggil para imam dan berkata kepada mereka: "Angkatlah tabut perjanjian itu dan tujuh orang imam harus membawa tujuh sangkakala tanduk domba di depan tabut TUHAN."
(6) 그리하여 눈의 아들 여호수아는 제사장들을 불러 모아 말했습니다. “여호와의 언약궤를 나르시오. 제사장 일곱 명은 나팔을 들고 그 언약궤 앞에서 행군하시오.”
(6) So Joshua the son of Nun called for the priests and said to them, "Take up the ark of the covenant, and have seven priests carry seven trumpets made of rams' horns ahead of the ark of the LORD."
(7) Dan kepada bangsa itu dikatakannya: "Majulah, kelilingilah kota itu, dan orang-orang bersenjata harus berjalan di depan tabut TUHAN."
(7) 그리고 여호수아는 백성들에게 명령했습니다. “자, 가시오! 성 둘레를 도시오. 무기를 든 군인들은 여호와의 궤 앞에서 행군하시오.”
(7) He said to the people, "Go forward! March around the city, and let the armed men go ahead of the ark of the LORD."
(8) Segera sesudah Yosua berkata kepada bangsa itu, maka berjalanlah maju ketujuh orang imam, yang membawa ketujuh sangkakala tanduk domba itu di hadapan TUHAN, lalu mereka meniup sangkakala, sedang tabut perjanjian TUHAN mengikut mereka.
(8) 여호수아가 백성들에게 말하기를 마치자, 나팔을 가진 일곱 명의 제사장들이 여호와 앞에서 행군하기 시작했고, 행군과 동시에 나팔을 불기 시작했습니다. 그 뒤에는 여호와의 언약궤를 든 제사장들이 뒤따랐고,
(8) And it was so, that when Joshua had spoken to the people, the seven priests carrying the seven trumpets made of rams' horns went on before the LORD and blew the trumpets; then the ark of the covenant of the LORD went behind them.
(9) Dan orang-orang bersenjata berjalan di depan para imam yang meniup sangkakala dan barisan penutup mengikut tabut itu, sedang sangkakala terus-menerus ditiup.
(9) 무기를 든 군인들은 제사장들 앞에서 행군하였습니다. 또 언약궤 뒤에도 무기를 든 군인들이 뒤따랐습니다. 그들은 각기 자기 나팔을 불었습니다.
(9) The armed men went in front of the priests who blew the trumpets, and the rear guard came after the ark, while the priests continued to blow the trumpets.
(10) Tetapi Yosua telah memerintahkan kepada bangsa itu, demikian: "Janganlah bersorak dan janganlah perdengarkan suaramu, sepatah katapun janganlah keluar dari mulutmu sampai pada hari aku mengatakan kepadamu: Bersoraklah! --maka kamu harus bersorak."
(10) 그러나 여호수아는 백성들에게 고함을 지르지 말라고 했습니다. “소리내지 마시오. 내가 명령을 내리기 전까지는 아무 말도 하지 마시오. 내가 명령을 내리면 그 때 고함을 지르시오.”
(10) But Joshua commanded the people, "You shall not shout [the battle cry] nor let your voice be heard nor let a word come out of your mouth, until the day I tell you to shout. Then you shall shout!"
(11) Demikianlah tabut TUHAN mengelilingi kota itu, mengedarinya sekali saja. Kemudian kembalilah mereka ke tempat perkemahan dan bermalam di tempat perkemahan itu.
(11) 이처럼 여호수아는 백성들에게 여호와의 궤를 메고 성 둘레를 한 바퀴 돌게 하였습니다. 그리고 나서 그들은 진으로 되돌아와 하룻밤을 지냈습니다.
(11) So Joshua had the ark of the LORD taken around the city [on the first day], circling it once; then they came back into the camp and spent the night in the camp.
(12) Keesokan harinya Yosua bangun pagi-pagi, lalu para imam mengangkat tabut TUHAN.
(12) 이튿날 여호수아는 아침 일찍 일어났습니다. 제사장들은 여호와의 궤를 다시 메었고,
(12) Then Joshua got up early in the morning [on the second day], and the priests took up the ark of the LORD.
(13) Maka berjalanlah juga ketujuh orang imam, yang membawa ketujuh sangkakala tanduk domba itu di depan tabut TUHAN, sambil berjalan mereka meniup sangkakala, sedang orang-orang bersenjata berjalan di depan mereka dan barisan penutup mengikut tabut TUHAN, sementara sangkakala terus-menerus ditiup.
(13) 제사장 일곱 명은 일곱 나팔을 들었습니다. 그들은 여호와의 언약궤 앞에서 행군하면서 각기 나팔을 불었습니다. 무기를 든 군인들은 제사장들 앞에서 행군했고, 다른 군인들은 여호와의 언약궤 뒤에서 걸었습니다. 행군하는 동안, 제사장들은 계속해서 나팔을 불었습니다.
(13) The seven priests carrying the seven trumpets made of rams' horns ahead of the ark of the LORD went on continually, blowing the trumpets; and the armed men went ahead of them and the rear guard came after the ark of the LORD, while the priests continued to blow the trumpets.
(14) Demikianlah pada hari kedua mereka mengelilingi kota itu sekali saja, lalu pulang ke tempat perkemahan. Dan begitulah dilakukan mereka enam hari lamanya.
(14) 이처럼 두 번째 날에도 그들은 성 둘레를 한 바퀴 돌고 나서 진으로 되돌아왔습니다. 그들은 이 일을 육 일 동안, 날마다 했습니다.
(14) On the second day they marched around the city once, and returned to the camp; they did this for six days.
(15) Tetapi pada hari yang ketujuh mereka bangun pagi-pagi, ketika fajar menyingsing, dan mengelilingi kota tujuh kali dengan cara yang sama; hanya pada hari itu mereka mengelilingi kota itu tujuh kali.
(15) 칠 일째 되는 날, 그들은 새벽에 일어났습니다. 그리고 성 둘레를 일곱 번 돌았습니다. 그들은 전과 같은 방법으로 성 둘레를 돌았지만, 성을 일곱 바퀴 돌기는 그 날이 처음이었습니다.
(15) Then on the seventh day they got up early at daybreak and marched around the city in the same way seven times; only on that day they marched around the city seven times.
(16) Lalu pada ketujuh kalinya, ketika para imam meniup sangkakala, berkatalah Yosua kepada bangsa itu: "Bersoraklah, sebab TUHAN telah menyerahkan kota ini kepadamu!
(16) 일곱 바퀴째 돌 때, 제사장들이 또 나팔을 불었습니다. 그러자 여호수아가 명령을 내렸습니다. “자, 고함을 지르시오! 여호와께서 여러분에게 이 성을 주셨소.
(16) And the seventh time, when the priests had blown the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, "Shout! For the LORD has given you the city.
(17) Dan kota itu dengan segala isinya akan dikhususkan bagi TUHAN untuk dimusnahkan; hanya Rahab, perempuan sundal itu, akan tetap hidup, ia dengan semua orang yang bersama-sama dengan dia dalam rumah itu, karena ia telah menyembunyikan orang suruhan yang kita suruh.
(17) 성과 성 안에 있는 모든 것은 다 여호와께 바치는 것이므로 모두 없애시오. 다만 기생 라합과 그의 집에 있는 사람들은 모두 살려 주어야 하오. 이는 라합이 우리가 보낸 두 명의 정탐꾼을 숨겨 주었기 때문이오.
(17) The city and everything that is in it shall be under the ban [that is, designated to be destroyed as a form of tribute] to the LORD; only Rahab the prostitute and all [the people] who are with her in her house shall [be allowed to] live, because she hid and protected the messengers (scouts) whom we sent.
(18) Tetapi kamu ini, jagalah dirimu terhadap barang-barang yang dikhususkan untuk dimusnahkan, supaya jangan kamu mengambil sesuatu dari barang-barang yang dikhususkan itu setelah mengkhususkannya dan dengan demikian membawa kemusnahan atas perkemahan orang Israel dan mencelakakannya.
(18) 전리품 중 어떤 것도 가지지 마시오. 이것은 이미 여호와께 바쳐진 것이므로 모두 없애 버리시오. 그 중 어떤 것이라도 취하여 진으로 가지고 돌아오면 그것 때문에 이스라엘 백성에게 재앙이 내릴 것이오.
(18) But as for you, keep yourselves [away] from the things under the ban [which are to be destroyed], so that you do not covet them and take some of the things under the ban [for personal gain], and put the camp of Israel under the ban (doomed to destruction), and bring disaster upon it.
(19) Segala emas dan perak serta barang-barang tembaga dan besi adalah kudus bagi TUHAN; semuanya itu akan dimasukkan ke dalam perbendaharaan TUHAN."
(19) 모든 금과 은과 구리와 쇠로 만든 것은 여호와께 속한 것이니 그것들은 여호와의 창고에 넣어 두어야 하오.”
(19) All the silver and gold and articles of bronze and iron are holy (consecrated) to the LORD; they shall go into the treasury of the LORD."
(20) Lalu bersoraklah bangsa itu, sedang sangkakala ditiup; segera sesudah bangsa itu mendengar bunyi sangkakala, bersoraklah mereka dengan sorak yang nyaring. Maka runtuhlah tembok itu, lalu mereka memanjat masuk ke dalam kota, masing-masing langsung ke depan, dan merebut kota itu.
(20) 제사장들이 나팔을 불고 백성들은 고함을 질렀습니다. 백성이 나팔 소리를 듣고 고함을 치자 성벽이 무너졌습니다. 그러자 모든 사람들이 성 안으로 곧장 쳐들어갔습니다. 이렇게 하여 이스라엘 사람들은 여리고를 차지했습니다.
(20) So the people shouted [the battle cry], and the priests blew the trumpets. When the people heard the sound of the trumpet, they raised a great shout and the wall [of Jericho] fell down, so that the sons of Israel went up into the city, every man straight ahead [climbing over the rubble], and they overthrew the city.
(21) Mereka menumpas dengan mata pedang segala sesuatu yang di dalam kota itu, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, baik tua maupun muda, sampai kepada lembu, domba dan keledai.
(21) 이스라엘 사람들은 성 안에 살아 있는 모든 것을 다 죽였습니다. 그들은 남자와 여자, 젊은이와 노인을 죽였습니다. 그들은 소와 양, 그리고 나귀들을 죽였습니다.
(21) Then they utterly destroyed everything that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox and sheep and donkey, with the edge of the sword.
(22) Tetapi kepada kedua orang pengintai negeri itu Yosua berkata: "Masuklah ke dalam rumah perempuan sundal itu dan bawalah ke luar perempuan itu dan semua orang yang bersama-sama dengan dia, seperti yang telah kamu janjikan dengan bersumpah kepadanya."
(22) 여호수아가 그 땅을 정탐하러 갔던 두 사람에게 말했습니다. “그 기생의 집으로 가서 그 여자를 밖으로 나오게 하시오. 그리고 그 여자와 함께 있는 모든 사람을 밖으로 나오게 해서 당신들이 그 여자에게 약속한 대로 하시오.”
(22) But Joshua said to the two men who had spied out the land, "Go into the prostitute's house and bring the woman and all that she has out of there, as you have sworn to her."
(23) Lalu masuklah kedua pengintai muda itu dan membawa ke luar Rahab dan ayahnya, ibunya, saudara-saudaranya dan semua orang yang bersama-sama dengan dia, bahkan seluruh kaumnya dibawa mereka ke luar, lalu mereka menunjukkan kepadanya tempat tinggal di luar perkemahan orang Israel.
(23) 그래서 두 사람은 라합의 집으로 들어가 라합을 밖으로 나오게 했습니다. 그들은 또 라합의 아버지와 어머니를 비롯해서 라합과 함께 있던 모든 사람들을 밖으로 나오게 했습니다. 두 사람은 라합의 온 가족을 이스라엘의 진 밖으로 데리고 갔습니다.
(23) So the young men, the spies, went in and brought out Rahab and her father and her mother and her brothers and everything that she had; they also brought out all her relatives and allowed them to stay outside the camp of Israel [at Gilgal during the time required for ceremonial cleansing].
(24) Tetapi kota itu dan segala sesuatu yang ada di dalamnya dibakar mereka dengan api; hanya emas dan perak, barang-barang tembaga dan besi ditaruh mereka di dalam perbendaharaan rumah TUHAN.
(24) 그리고 나서 이스라엘은 성 전체와 그 안에 있는 모든 것을 불태웠습니다. 그러나 그들은 금과 은과 구리와 쇠로 만든 물건은 태우지 않았습니다. 그것들은 여호와의 집 창고에 넣어 두었습니다.
(24) Then they completely burned the city and everything that was in it. They put only the silver and the gold, and the articles of bronze and of iron, into the treasury of the house (tabernacle) of the LORD.
(25) Demikianlah Rahab, perempuan sundal itu dan keluarganya serta semua orang yang bersama-sama dengan dia dibiarkan hidup oleh Yosua. Maka diamlah perempuan itu di tengah-tengah orang Israel sampai sekarang, karena ia telah menyembunyikan orang suruhan yang disuruh Yosua mengintai Yerikho.
(25) 여호수아는 기생 라합과 그 여자의 가족, 그리고 그 여자와 함께 있던 모든 사람들을 구해 주었습니다. 여호수아는 그 사람들을 살려 주었습니다. 왜냐하면 라합은 여호수아가 여리고를 정탐하기 위해 보낸 두 사람을 도와 주었기 때문입니다. 라합은 오늘까지도 이스라엘 사람들과 함께 살고 있습니다.
(25) So Joshua spared Rahab the prostitute, with her father's household and everything that she had; and she has lived among Israel to this day, because she hid the messengers (scouts) whom Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.
(26) Pada waktu itu bersumpahlah Yosua, katanya: "Terkutuklah di hadapan TUHAN orang yang bangkit untuk membangun kembali kota Yerikho ini; dengan membayarkan nyawa anaknya yang sulung ia akan meletakkan dasar kota itu dan dengan membayarkan nyawa anaknya yang bungsu ia akan memasang pintu gerbangnya!"
(26) 그후에 여호수아는 이렇게 경고했습니다. “누구든지 이 여리고 성을 다시 지으려 하는 사람은 여호와의 저주 때문에 벌을 받을 것이다. 이 성의 기초를 놓는 사람은 맏아들을 잃어버릴 것이고, 이 성에 문을 세우는 사람은 막내 아들을 잃어버릴 것이다.”
(26) Then Joshua made them take an oath at that time, saying, "Cursed before the LORD is the man who rises up and rebuilds this city, Jericho; with the loss of his firstborn he shall lay its foundation, and with the loss of his youngest son he shall set up its gates."
(27) Dan TUHAN menyertai Yosua dan terdengarlah kabar tentang dia di seluruh negeri itu.
(27) 이처럼 여호와께서는 여호수아와 함께하셨습니다. 또 여호수아는 온 땅 위에 유명한 사람이 되었습니다.
(27) So the LORD was with Joshua, and his fame was in all the land.
