- 아가페 쉬운 성경 1994 (Korea Agape Easy Bible [AEB]): untuk belajar bahasa Korea.

1:1-3 = Salam
(1) Dari penatua kepada Ibu yang terpilih dan anak-anaknya yang benar-benar aku kasihi. Bukan aku saja yang mengasihi kamu, tetapi juga semua orang yang telah mengenal kebenaran,
(1) 교회의 장로인 나는 하나님께서 선택하신 부인과 자녀들에게 편지를 씁니다. 나는 진리 안에서 여러분을 사랑하며, 진리를 아는 모든 사람들도 여러분을 사랑하고 있습니다.
(1) {Walk According to His Commandments}The elder [of the church addresses this letter] to the elect (chosen) lady and her children, whom I love in truth—and not only I, but also all who know and understand the truth—
(2) oleh karena kebenaran yang tetap di dalam kita dan yang akan menyertai kita sampai selama-lamanya.
(2) 우리가 여러분을 사랑할 수 있음은 진리가 우리 안에 있고, 또한 그 진리가 영원히 우리 마음속에 함께하기 때문입니다.
(2) because of the truth which lives in our hearts and will be with us forever:
(3) Kasih karunia, rahmat dan damai sejahtera dari Allah Bapa, dan dari Yesus Kristus, Anak Bapa, akan menyertai kita dalam kebenaran dan kasih.
(3) 하나님 아버지와 그의 아들 예수 그리스도로부터 은혜와 자비와 평안이, 진리와 사랑 안에서 우리 안에 넘쳐나기를 기도합니다.
(3) Grace, mercy, and peace (inner calm, a sense of spiritual well-being) will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father's Son, in truth and love.
1:4-11 = Tetaplah di dalam ajaran Kristus
(4) Aku sangat bersukacita, bahwa aku mendapati, bahwa separuh dari anak-anakmu hidup dalam kebenaran sesuai dengan perintah yang telah kita terima dari Bapa.
(4) 부인의 자녀들이 하나님의 명령대로 진리를 따르며 살고 있다는 소식을 듣고 나는 매우 기뻤습니다.
(4) I was greatly delighted to find some of your children walking in truth, just as we have been commanded by the Father.
(5) Dan sekarang aku minta kepadamu, Ibu--bukan seolah-olah aku menuliskan perintah baru bagimu, tetapi menurut perintah yang sudah ada pada kita dari mulanya--supaya kita saling mengasihi.
(5) 사랑하는 부인이여, 이제 나는 부인에게 한 가지를 얘기하고자 합니다. 그것은 우리 모두 사랑 안에서 살아가야 한다는 것입니다. 이 말씀은 새로운 명령이 아닙니다. 이것은 처음부터 우리가 받은 말씀입니다.
(5) Now I ask you, lady, not as if I were writing to you a new commandment, but [simply reminding you of] the one which we have had from the beginning, that we love and unselfishly seek the best for one another.
(6) Dan inilah kasih itu, yaitu bahwa kita harus hidup menurut perintah-Nya. Dan inilah perintah itu, yaitu bahwa kamu harus hidup di dalam kasih, sebagaimana telah kamu dengar dari mulanya.
(6) 하나님께서 우리에게 명령하신 삶은 사랑의 삶입니다. 하나님께서는 우리가 사랑하며 살아가기를 원하십니다. 아마도 부인 역시 이 말씀을 처음부터 들어왔을 것입니다.
(6) And this is love: that we walk in accordance with His commandments and are guided continually by His precepts. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should [always] walk in love.
(7) Sebab banyak penyesat telah muncul dan pergi ke seluruh dunia, yang tidak mengaku, bahwa Yesus Kristus telah datang sebagai manusia. Itu adalah si penyesat dan antikristus.
(7) 많은 거짓 선생들이 세상에 나타났습니다. 그들은 예수 그리스도께서 이 땅에 사람으로 오셨다는 것을 믿으려 들지 않습니다. 이 사실을 믿지 않는 자는 다 거짓 선생이며, 그리스도의 적입니다.
(7) For many deceivers [heretics, posing as Christians] have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge and confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh (bodily form). This [person, the kind who does this] is the deceiver and the antichrist [that is, the antagonist of Christ].
(8) Waspadalah, supaya kamu jangan kehilangan apa yang telah kami kerjakan itu, tetapi supaya kamu mendapat upahmu sepenuhnya.
(8) 지금까지 애써 온 수고가 물거품이 되지 않도록 주의하십시오. 온전한 상을 받을 수 있도록 조심하시기 바랍니다.
(8) Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have accomplished together, but that you may receive a full and perfect reward [when He grants rewards to faithful believers].
(9) Setiap orang yang tidak tinggal di dalam ajaran Kristus, tetapi yang melangkah keluar dari situ, tidak memiliki Allah. Barangsiapa tinggal di dalam ajaran itu, ia memiliki Bapa maupun Anak.
(9) 오직 그리스도의 가르침만 좇아가시기 바랍니다. 만약 그리스도께서 가르쳐 주신 것을 따르지 않고 다른 길로 가게 된다면, 그 사람 마음에는 더 이상 하나님이 계시지 않게 됩니다. 그 가르침을 좇아 따라갈 때에만 아버지와 그분의 아들을 함께 마음 가운데 모실 수 있게 됩니다.
(9) Anyone who runs on ahead and does not remain in the doctrine of Christ [that is, one who is not content with what He taught], does not have God; but the one who continues to remain in the teaching [of Christ does have God], he has both the Father and the Son.
(10) Jikalau seorang datang kepadamu dan ia tidak membawa ajaran ini, janganlah kamu menerima dia di dalam rumahmu dan janganlah memberi salam kepadanya.
(10) 누군가가 이 가르침 이 외의 것을 가지고 여러분을 찾아오거든, 그 사람을 집에 맞아들이지도 말고, 인사도 하지 마십시오.
(10) If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching [but diminishes or adds to the doctrine of Christ], do not receive or welcome him into your house, and do not give him a greeting or any encouragement;
(11) Sebab barangsiapa memberi salam kepadanya, ia mendapat bagian dalam perbuatannya yang jahat.
(11) 만약 그 사람을 받아들이면, 그가 하는 악한 일을 여러분이 돕는 셈이 됩니다.
(11) for the one who gives him a greeting [who encourages him or wishes him success, unwittingly] participates in his evil deeds.
1:12-13 = Penutup
(12) Sungguhpun banyak yang harus kutulis kepadamu, aku tidak mau melakukannya dengan kertas dan tinta, tetapi aku berharap datang sendiri kepadamu dan berbicara berhadapan muka dengan kamu, supaya sempurnalah sukacita kita.
(12) 하고 싶은 말이 많지만 이만 줄이겠습니다. 오히려 빠른 시간 내에 직접 만나서 서로 이야기하는 기쁨을 가지게 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
(12) I have many things to write to you, but I prefer not to do so with paper (papyrus) and black (ink); but I hope to come to you and speak with you face to face, so that your joy may be complete.
(13) Salam kepada kamu dari anak-anak saudaramu yang terpilih.
(13) 하나님께서 선택하신 당신 자매의 자녀들이 부인에게 안부를 전합니다.
(13) The children of your elect (chosen) sister greet you.
